The board of directors at Vinyas, come from diverse engineering backgrounds. With them they have brought about work experience of 25 years plus in fields like core EMS, Telecom and Quality Engineering, and together consolidate a very skillfully competent board. Professionals with excellent track records have been roped on board, strengthening the management team. The organization gained more momentum in terms of its revenue as well as its broad customer base ever since.

The current Management Team comprises of professionals from the EMS, Defense, Automotive, Telecom and IT sectors.

Mr. N. Narendra, The Managing Director of the organization has obtained his bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from the Bangalore University in 1981. He then earned his Masters degree in 1986 from the University of Southern California (USC). With an eye for quality and systems, and strong managerial capabilities he leads Vinyas as a new age entrepreneur.

Mr. T.R.Srinivasan, is the Director of Operations at Vinyas IT.
T.R. Srinivasan has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mysore University. He is one of the founder directors of the company and is an integral part of it since inception. Srinivasan has over two decades of hands on experience in Electronic Manufacturing Solutions and is totally in-charge of the operations space at Vinyas IT. He has played pioneering role as a mentor in building a strong team in the field of Electronic Hardware Solutions responsible for operational efficiency.

Mr. H.S. Raghavendra Rao, The Director of Marketing at Vinyas, is an expert with over two decades of extensive experience, both in domestic and international marketing in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Mr. Raghavendra Rao is responsible for the entire Marketing & Supply chain set up at Vinyas IT. He has knowledge and great deals of experience in Negotiations and closing business deals successfully.

The Advisory Board comprises of a mature team of experts and are considered the apex policy makers at Vinyas.
