Vinyas Innovative Technologies

Our Reflection and Our Next Pitch

As we end the financial year 2022-23, now is the time to reflect on the past year and look for 2023-24. The past fiscal year has been a year of growth, change, and transition. The journey has been all about hard work, commitment, and belief in our vision. It was a very successful year for Vinyas with more feathers on the cap, which stands as proof of our accomplishments and best practices. Besides, Vinyas’ strong financial performance and quality achievements are a source of optimism for us to work more and reach great heights.

The years gone by have seen the world face numerous threats and challenges and we have sincerely tried to convert every challenge into learning and opportunity. Our team at Vinyas, our customers, our suppliers and all our stakeholders have been the key pillars in making this happen. We are glad to be able to weather the storm with our strong control systems and discipline.

Vinyas has made many significant strides to achieve our vision to be the leading ESDM provider in the country and we believe that we are right on course. Despite the challenges, there were many highs in 2022 for Vinyas such as the prestigious “Zero Defect Supplier” award from BEL, “MSME Sustainable ZED Gold Certificate” from the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Customer recognitions, Quality awards and certifications, Israel Consulate’s visit as well as securing key accounts in Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Industrial segments. We have also made our presence felt as India’s leading EMS player by participating in international trade shows such as 515 Army Base Workshop and Aero India 2023 and displaying our capabilities and service spectrum at the expo.

At Vinyas, our people are our biggest asset and we strongly believe that learning and training are important to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge. With the motto of promoting our employee’s career growth, we have organized more than 200 training sessions along with an established, all-time assessable, in-house developed e-learning platform called “Jnana Jagriti”.

There were a lot of employee engagement activities organized throughout the year, which includes festival celebrations, fun activities and games, contests, team outings and so on. To highlight a  few are the lighting of 101 diyas on Deepavali; organizing the performance of “Dollu Kunitha”- the renowned folk form of Karnataka on Kannada Rajyothsava to uphold the culture and tradition of our state; conducting competitions, fun activities, and games for our employees’ children on Children’s Day; decorating the office premises, wearing the traditional attire of Kerala and drawing flower rangolis on Onam festival; arranging dolls as part of the Dasara festival ritual and worshipping Goddess Durga for all the nine days; organizing cricket tournament on National Sports Day and the list continues! Further, health awareness sessions and free health screening camps were organized for the benefit of our employees as we advocate their total physical and mental well-being.

Vinyas has been a philanthropist in ensuring sustainability in our community by creating job positions for the differently abled and hearing impaired group, identifying 75 places that need attention in and around Koorgalli Industrial Area, Mysore and initiating environment clean-up activity, planting 65 saplings to create a green environment, organizing cancer awareness session and HPV vaccination drive for the girl students of Koorgalli Govt. High School and the acme to our CSR activities is the celebration of Kindness Day, where shelter homes for destitute children and old people were identified and the necessary needs were fulfilled. Further, we have plans to develop more need-based programs with an emphasis on educating and empowering communities through knowledge, access to information, and provision of quality services.

“In the last fiscal year, we can proudly say we stepped up to our customer’s mark, built strong supplier network as well as achieved employee satisfaction. Our manufacturing processes and quality assurance passed the test with flying colors, and this wouldn’t have been possible without our resilient team. We believe we had an equal balance of demonstrating ourselves as an exceptionally versatile and strong Electronics System Design and Manufacturing partner in addition to establishing a healthy work environment for our employees and taking care of our surroundings. We firmly believe that our dedication will propel us forward to face 2023 with renewed positivity and buoyancy and we are confident that more is yet to come” states Mr. Narendra Narayanan, Founder & Managing Director.

The reliance of our employees, customers, suppliers, and all the stakeholders has kept us going, and we carry on with the same vehemence in our growth journey. It further encourages us to continue innovating and providing value for their trust in us!
